Information about using our websites and requesting roadside assistance.
Speedy Roadside Detroit Metro provides non-towing roadside assistance, including jump starts, vehicle lockouts, spare-tire changes, and fuel delivery. Some difficult tire or battery problems may require an assessment before we can confirm service. We do not provide towing or full mechanical repair.
Call (248) 429-9466 with your exact location, vehicle details, and the help you need. A website form submission or use of an interactive guide does not book a service or dispatch a technician. We confirm whether the work is available, safe to perform, and within our service area before dispatch.
Regular roadside service is open 24 hours Monday through Friday and closed Saturday and Sunday. Our no-spare tire service is normally available Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.; call for Saturday availability. Weather, traffic, location, current calls, and roadside safety can affect whether and when we can respond. No arrival time is guaranteed unless specifically confirmed with you.
Prices shown on the website are starting prices or estimates, not a final quote. We confirm the service price and payment requirements with you before dispatch. If a tire needs repair or replacement at a local shop, shop charges and the availability of a suitable tire are separate from our roadside service and must be confirmed before work proceeds. Ask about any cancellation or refund terms when booking; those terms should be provided with your service quote.
Please give accurate vehicle and location details, tell us about wheel locks or a missing or unusable spare, and follow the technician's safety instructions. We may decline or stop work when the location, vehicle condition, equipment, or traffic makes service unsafe or outside our capabilities. If anyone is injured, the vehicle blocks traffic, or there is immediate danger, call 911 first.
Our guides and safety tools provide general information, not a diagnosis or a guarantee that a particular repair will work. Website content may change. A phone conversation and confirmed quote control the details of a requested service. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
