Can you help if I have no spare tire?

What are the no-spare tire service hours?

Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday: call 248-429-9466 for availability. These limited hours differ from our regular roadside-assistance hours.

Do you bring a spare tire?

No. We do not carry replacement tires. Our no-spare option takes your flat tire to a local shop; a standard tire change installs your own safe, usable spare.

Is tire repair or replacement included in the standard tire-change price?

Do not assume the standard spare-tire-change price covers this service. Call to confirm the no-spare service charge and any tire-shop repair or replacement costs before authorizing work.

Can tire sealant fix every flat?

No. Sealant may be unsuitable for sidewall damage, large punctures, damaged wheels, or some tire-pressure monitoring systems.

Can I drive slowly on the flat tire?

Continuing to drive can destroy the tire, damage the wheel, and reduce vehicle control. Stop as soon as it is safe.
